How do IV drips work?

How long does an hydration session take?

You can expect the drip to take about 45-60 mins. Please allow an extra 15 mins for a good faith exam and getting situated prior to treatment.

How long does IV therapy effects last?

Typically you notice the effects after 12-24 hours after an infusion or you may feel better right after treatment. Effects can last for 2 to 3 weeks depending on the type of IV therapy.

What is inside IV bag?

Basic hydrating fluids plus a custom blend of minerals and vitamins. Add-ons are also available, such as pain relievers and anti-nausea meds.

Who administers the drip?

A licensed healthcare professional with the appropriate training and experience, who are medically trained professionals

Is IV hydration covered by insurance?

Coverage for IV hydration varies depending on your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance provider. Other payments include cash or credit card.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in for a session?

You will need to make an appointment on the website. Optimum IV Hydration is a mobile service, so I can come to your home, office, hotel or Airbnb.

*Travel fee: I serve the area surrounding Nashville, including Franklin, Brentwood and Antioch. Anything outside of 30 miles from me is a flat rate fee of $65.*
